The Definition of A PLC or Programmable Logic Controller and the Batteries Required to Run Them

A programmable logic controller (PLC) or programmable controller is a type of computer used for automating of electromechanical processes. This may mean the control of machinery on factory assembly lines, amusement rides, or lighting fixtures. PLCs are used in a large variety of industries and for many machines. One thing that separates them from general-purpose computers, PLCs are designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, resistance to vibration and impact and immunity to electrical noise.
